Question about customs delay
 

Have never had a package in customs delay for longer than 1 or 2 days. Now its been over a week, and the status is still in customs delay. By now I was hoping it cleared or would have shown the dreaded shipment is on hold or please contact dhl status. Do you guys even bother contacting dhl to find out what's going on, or do you just let it play out? I think by contacting them will help them to track you down if they ever have to send a cease and desist letter. Let me know what you guys think.

You can contact them to find out what's going on, sure - if it's been seized, you can expect a letter to your intended shipping address saying Authorize to destroy, etc.
