Entr op ay is nice for this kind of reason - though it's not completely anonymous - pre-loaded gift card is also nice.

Entropay is good, but not anonymous,

go to like a walmart and buy a visa gift card. That is in a grey packaging, they work the best on my stealth amazon account.
