T-Shirts printed

Hi!

I was looking for a place where they could print my custom designs onto T- Shirts and send it to the UK.
Anyone know somewhere trustworthy? Or could you point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

I've been poking around for something like this too.. But I'm looking for the hard-to-find combo of reliable and cheap.

Vista print is obviously over priced. May I be informed of that supplier? I don't trust China that well. Need someone that has used it before.

Been looking for this as well. Its not easy finding a decent contact for this if you want good quality, cheap bulk. Its usually one or the other in the UK because the good quality print is quite labour intensive and the machines cost a fortune. If you want to do it yourself those screen press machines cost big money, take up loads of space and takes time to learn. If youve got money to throw at it it can be done, its just the initial start up. That goes for using an overseas supplier as well because they wont set the screen print press up unless your buying hundreds if not over a thousand t-shirts

Depends.

If this is geared towards teh Games & Euros etc you'll find a lot of shops already committed to manufacturing:typing:

I want my own designs printed. That's the problem. Don't want pre printed stuff.
Need a trustworthy and cheap company that will deliver quality. What do you guys think the price should be for each t-shirt for a bulk order? Need a idea of a usual price to go and hunt for companies :)

The problem you have is that what you call reasonable the supplier will call suicidal.

It's the same in every business. We have people come to the farm saying we are making a fortune charging £2 a dozen for Free range eggs - the truth is we make 10% at that - even less when we sell to supermarkets.

How much of your profit are you prepared to give to the person who makes it possible?

You'd have to buy at mass quantity for each respective design that you want printed for them to even consider it worth their while to do. The higher quality the stuff, the more it will cost you & it will usually require a minimum order quantity.

I did this for a friend for a few custom built designs as a gift & It cost me a lot for just the few copies I got in black & white, though in my case the custom logo design turned out 'OK'.

What you are asking to achieve is pretty hard.

£2 a dozen for free range eggs is a GREAT price!

GrannyT 06-04-2012 12:18 PM

You would think we were holding them at gunpoint - that's country folk for you

SUVE 06-04-2012 12:20 PM

That £2 a dozen for free range eggs price is a very good price compared to what they'd cost you in the local supermarkets in the high streets.
