Anyone have experience with selling silver jewelery on ebay?
Im asking because my parents moved to puerto vallarta mexico 2-3 years ago . and we know a lady that sells silver jewelery realy cheap . In jalisco their is a silver mine , so she gets it dirt cheap and makes some really nice stuff . the silver is 925 silver .

You need to check ebay and see what's selling and for how much. Asking people here will not get you far since no one is willing to acknowledge that they sell it or not. Do some homework, research, research, and after that some MORE research.
No experience, but I would make certain that it is real silver before you start selling.
You'd be surprised by what certain eBay buyers know/can find out about your items.
that's a good point myfriday09, gotta get some samples and make sure it's .995 Silver, I'm sure it is since I've purchased some silver jewelry in Mexico. Mexico has some great gold jewelry also, it might be worth looking into also.

She gets silver dirt cheap - really? Well I never - I guess she must also be able to get genuine Microsoft programmes at $5 a go then?

Hall marks would need careful checking. An assay would be needed to ensure the standard. (ie make up of content).
Other danger is the alpaka silver
