ITAR Regulation

Thinking about importing night vision tactical scopes from China, but discovered you cannot import such items because of ITAR regulation? Anyone heard of this?

Importing anything that may be construed for military use is a very slippery slope. If you don't have a brick and mortar gun shop, you are liable to end up on government watch lists. Be careful.

Get the license needed otherwise they will bum rush your home like they did to a guy over here.
Buying military grade items and not reporting it will most likely have you being considered selling items to terrorist.
Its happened quite a lot here in NY
