the most safest way is dont use personal/other, just pay the paypal fee charges it will make paypal happy and left you alone :D
Correct. But the real reason you do it is if a transaction goes bad, what are you going to tell PP when you open a case for INR but claimed it was for a gift???? I dont think that will go over too well.
