new ebayer here trying to start a little business i have being reading alot for the past 2 weeks here verry interesting forum i learn alot thanks to everyone

so far
2 weeks ago place my first order, go scam a little but could be a lot worse i order about 50 item got 45 sell said when i make the next order she will make sure i get what was missing right there i lost trust in that supplier

no scale as yet so i went to the post office to do some weight on some of my stuff just one question i have
#0 envelop is that consider letter or parcel the post office clear said it weigh little over a ounce and cost $2.07 to shipp not sure if that sound right
just trying to do a lower shipping cost for somethinf not even a ounce

i sell usb phone cable weigh 3-4oz it cost me $1.69 to ship first class package but i saw some seller selling for $2 with free shipping how is that possible not to mention paypal/ebay fee

It's dropshippers. Not a big fan of thoose but they dont hyrt My biz:amen:
Try sell the cables locally if they are to hard to get rid of through ebay, personally i would sell them for a price that made me Some profit if the biz gets slow i just lower the price, sometimes i only earn a buck but get a valuable feedback instead

lol a buck that's all I'm making, how can drop shipper sell so cheap don't they have to pay shipping and ebay fee 2 they need to leave the small stuff for the small people

Not everbody but many sellers sell with +-0 profit just to get feedback, then they sell highrisk items with $$$ profit. Thoose who go the other way around often ends up with a ban

High risk items take a certain prowess with practice and experience :)

hope one day I can make it with you big Guys selling big stuff but if I can sell 50 item a day at a buck profit i'm happy well comfortable

Never scoff at any profit :thumb: - whatever brings you some joy and allows you to build/live...it counts :)
