are you allowed to import legit branded goods? Used branded goods not new ones.

As long as you have proof of authenticity or a receipt from a legit, provable source. Otherwise, problems are on the horizon. It's all about proving...99.99999% of people can't so they get slammed. Don't be one of those without a brain.

As stated above. Paperwork is very important. There can be various factors depending on the size or the shipment, what actual product or branded goods. But yes, having proper paperwork is very important.

If you are bringing in containers or large pallets something like that. You definitely must go through a customs broker.
