In Chicago, they had the Maxwell Street market every weekend. All kinds of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items, from watches to handbags and everything else you could imagine. Then Coach sued the City of Chicago, claiming they were not properly policing the market. Now, to get a space there, I am told is extremely difficult - you need to provide all types of invoices and supplier information.
