Are DHGate reputable as such?

Looking at their stuff, there is a lot of rip off stuff, but some other stuff that is unbranded seems good and in an area I'm familiar with.

Or is there a better site to be looking at?

Looking at bog standard type stuff, not branded or electronics.

One of the issues with DHgate is that one week an order can be really good quality, next week the quality drops right off the field and your lucky if it gets to you in one piece.

If you find a good reliable supplier though you have a friend for life.

I'm going to look around a bit more, some shockingly bad reviews for them, but might be worth a try with a seller that has a good record.

A sample is always in order before you send out tons of $ for low quality stuff....

Thanks rsot, I'm going to go for fairly safe items (if that's possible!) and test them out.

I make my own orders at the moment, which is great, but it would be good to have items that I can just pull off the shelf, so to speak.
