forums to buy/sell directly with other people
 

Anyone know of websites or forums where folks can buy/sell inventory to one another, not from a company etc? Like if you have some stuff you have too much of or you aren't selling anymore and want to do a bulk sale? I've listed on craigslist and got like 10 replies all of them scams, the whole "I will arrange pick up of these goods and will pay you with a cashiers check" or "please let me know your banking information so that I may wire the funds to you" lol.

Also want to avoid ebay, I did some wholesale lots on there but it was a pain, I had people wanting to pick through the clothing and return the stuff that wasn't in their size and just stupid crap like that.

What about Facebook? I know at least for my location there are facebook pages dedicated to selling stuff.

yeah we have a local buy/sell/trade page on facebook and I've tried a few things there but it seems with clothing lots people want to buy it to wear rather than resell so they only want size x and only jeans etc. I guess if all else fails I can just have a yard sale but its just so much easier to sell in bulk lots to someone else who wants things for resell.

Kijiji is also good but...yes owned by eB so...be careful
