After 5 years of buying and selling I am going to go into wholesaling and fixing up some electronics I find on ebay that need repair. I am expanding my business and hope that it goes well. I just had a few questions before I start.

1: I will be making another ebay account so that I can do wholesaling on that account. My old account was suspended while I was still living with my parents 6 months ago. Since then I have moved into a apartment and have another IP address. The thing is I have logged into my old account through that Ip address. When I was teaching my roommate the buying and selling business he logged onto his account from my computer and its been almost a week and he has not been flagged. If I made a account with the IP address at my apartment could I get away with it? Its interesting because my old account has my apartment address and so does my roommates ebay. I am surprised he was not flagged. I am thinking of making a account and acting like another person lives in my apartment.

2: The people on this fourm who do wholesaling and have stealth accounts do you guys have a resale license? If you do how do you keep them separate so that ebay does not find out?

3: Do you guys have warehouses or do you guys use storage units? I am in a small apartment and if I expand I will have to find storage else where. Is there a company you would recommend?

4: I have looked into buying from liquidation but from what I see online it does not look safe. Anyone have experience with the website?

5: I am thinking of getting a business license to run this company. What is the best way to do this so ebay does not find out?

1. Best to get a separate IP...don't risk linking.

2. No comment on that - no resale license here.

3. I know people who have warehouses and others who have storage units...storage units is likely more cost effective but depends on how much stock you have.
