ive tried to apply for this 2 times already
how im supposed to know if i filled it out wrong if i never get a response

I know from trying to do business with a Washington State government department, it was worse than the dentist.... Incoming emails were ignored.

I just got a threatening email this morning stating their going to limit my Paypal account until I provide them with the proper information. I could of sworn I already gave them my #SSN while creating the account. I'm pissed the one day I want to get stuff done and here I have to run out get coffee and read stealth over again. I consulted with an attorney but I was explaining to him it's about the Automation on there or fear of upgrading to a business account . I"m really sick and tired of both of these companies crap they pull. I hate to invest $ and time and just cross my fingers hoping it's going to work it's interfering big time with my life right now as I have obligations and bills to pay given it's the end of the month.
