Selling this sort of stuff has become more difficult in the past few years and will continue to become more difficult in the future. At first, rights owners were waiting on the government to act, but they grew tired of waiting and are now taking matters into their own hands. Not EVERY brand will sue, but many will and more and more are going in this direction.

If your business model depends on selling these things, you should probably think about finding other things to sell.
