A Question from a Buyer's Perspective
 

Okay so I have a question. I recently bought some generic pharmaceutical pills from a guy who uses some company in india to dropship the pills to my address. My question is, if the item is open and looked at but resealed and shipped to my address what happens to my personal info and address?

Do I get put on a list? If so how will this affect me?

item is listed as a Schedule IV drug under the Controlled Substances Act
item is NOT illegal in the USA but you do need a prescription to buy the brand name.

The forum isn't meant for buyer questions,

BUT,

I'm baffled by the fact you still got that shipment. If you've been caught importing controlled substances then I would say for certain you are now on a customs watch list.

I don't have enough posts to send pms but I was simply just a customer and if I knew I would get added to a watch list I would of been more careful and had it shipped elsewhere.

I'm sure the guy I bought from used manufacturers from tradeindia.com because he even said his source is from india.

I wouldn't doubt it since most knock-off meds come from India.

But yeah, if you decide to import anything else like this in future be sure you use a new name/address/phone number

i wouldnt get drugs shipped in the mail thats so risky. If you do use a drop address.
