Aliexpress Account Disabled

Hello, I really need help,
I don't know for what reason my aliexpress account has been disabled, and the problem is that I have bought some stuffs that I have never received. I want to get a refund back but since my account has been disabled, i could not. I have lost a lot of money :(
So unfair, why has my account been disabled? And will I ever get my money back?

Did aliexpress give you a reason? I would call them and let them know what is going on.

I got a message from them wanting me to verify account. Was bogus so I went into and put f**K YO* in as password and the email said thanks. Maybe he put in his correct password and was hacked.
