Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, this case involved multiple policy-sensitive actions and high-risk listings, which were outside the operating guidelines and agreed terms.

Even so, we still provided a free replacement account as a goodwill gesture, despite those violations. We always do our best to support clients, but no one can control eBay’s decisions when an account is used in ways that increase risk. For buyers who follow the guide, stay within safer categories, and work the account properly, our service continues to offer strong value, ongoing support, and a long-term business model.
