Empty Promises & Exploitation: For a long time, he kept making empty promises that he would generate high sales to cover the minimum rental fee. He used my established account to sell his own products, made his profits, and continuously stringed me along with false assurances.
Damaging the Account (Disputes & Chargebacks): He severely damaged my account's reputation and health. Because of his negligence, the account received multiple buyer disputes and 'Item Not Received' cases. He got his money, while my account took the devastating hits to its metrics.
Financial Manipulation: He intentionally evacuated the account balances at the end of every single month, ensuring there were no funds left so I couldn't deduct the agreed-upon rental fees. He pocketed 100% of the revenue while leaving me with the risk and zero rent.
