ALL limits removed means the account has had the sending and receiving limits lifted. I can't really explain it in any simpler terms for you.

Hey Ebayorbust,

Considering something you have for sale but I have a quick question:

You created the accounts in the first place on a certain computer with a certain IP. Once you've sold an account to somebody, obviously a new computer/IP is going to be used to operate it.

Does this have an effect on the account? Will EB/PP care?

No it doesn't. Log in and out a few times to establish cookies and that is all that is required.

How to overcome the new policy from eBay policy where p.pal keeps the money from the buyer until buyer receive item..

Am I able to change the address of your stealth accounts once i've left it for some time?

I need access to the address in order to receive any pin verification to increase selling allowance

Please ask your questions via PM.

Not advisable to change addresses on the accounts.

Most of the accounts have already got limits raised to 25 and therefore no PIN number will be sent to any address. I think you are misunderstanding this part regarding selling allowances.

I have no accounts with feedback available as the maximum I am allowed to sell any individual account for is approx £200. This is outwith my control.
