I am not pretty much concerned to withdrawing to a bank atm, Im just curious how I can use a USA or UK account when Im in neither of those country? And also are your accounts ready and able to sell immediate or do I have to do something to get it to sell?

ebayorbust you just emailed me about VCC i need that for paypal, could you explain that will that verify my paypal and all l got to do is add that to ebay and start listing or got to still add a bank account?
