Yes, if you know what you are doing.

You need a fresh dedicated UK IP address and a UK bank account to withdraw funds from the Paypal.

Hi,

I'm in need of an eBay account (I cannot PM you due to 30 post limit)

My current account (with over 470+ feedback) has been deemed as "below standard" it has not been banned, but my listings are showing up towards the bottom now, so selling on that account is useless.

I'm interested in the 500/£10,000 limit account, but just the eBay account if possible (I can link my other PayPal account with it.

I was wondering if I have to use an designated IP with these accounts even though I have not been banned before?
