Hello,

I have been suspended by eBay now this is my third time.

They keep emailing saying my accounts are linked with my old account.

My last account never got closed down early yet they still found out it was me. I used a different paypal, email and credit card.

Not so ure about a new IP maybe thats the reason why.

However I want to buy a eBay account but I have a few questions..
If i buy a eBay account can i straight away log in and start selling and start changing my email and postage addresses.

Or do I still need to do certain stuff?

Hope i can get a fast response.

Can I use UK accounts with US VCC & VBA? There are none in the UK as far as I am aware.

You need UK bank accounts to verify and withdraw from UK Paypal.

I do sell fully verified packages so your desire to use US VCC and VBA is unnecessary.
