HI. I want a fully verified paypal account. What has happened that in the past whenever I bought paypal accounts. After one or two transactions they are limited and paypal asks for bank statement proof of identity and address. That can happen to this account or it is verified with all documents?

Also if we need to increase limit of the account what needs to be done?

And lastly without bank account attached how will limit increase?
