you won't be able to list and sell items on the EBAY.DE
 

Hi, today i received this email from EB as not meeting the minimum requirements in DE...

"We want to let you know that you’re not meeting the minimum requirements to sell on eBay and your seller level is Below Standard in the DE seller performance standards programme.

As such, you won't be able to list and sell items on the ebay.de,ebay.at and ebay.ch sites. You'll no longer be able to offer postage to Germany, Austria and Switzerland either.

Selling standards are in place to ensure that sellers deliver a great customer experience to their buyers. They measure whether buyers were satisfied with your items and your customer service.

When you don’t meet the minimum requirements for selling, you are creating experiences that erode confidence and drive buyers away."

My account is UK, but i was listing also in DE.
Any idea will i be able to sell once seller performace will clear (probably 12 months :-(
Or its pernament.Just never seen this kind of restriction so far.

UK is working fine, just got limits decreased sharply.
6k account was cut to 1k...

It depends if your ratings are being calculated on a 12 month or a 3 month basis

important. No tracking on ebay. It helps a lot

You could just set up a German Ebay account separate to yours
