FDA Regulations
 

Did anyone have any issues ebay referring to FDA regulations? I have a listing removed but FDA says they have no jurisdiction over ebay or whatever and they do not care what they sell as long as it is not something illegal.

If Ebay removed it then Ebay had an issue with it and the FDA has nothing to do with it. Good luck convincing Ebay to change their minds about such matters.

I think you are on spot. I was also thinking the same thing. Ebay must have an issue with my account and was just looking for an excuse. I was going to call them, but I guess it may not change anything. May be will let it cool down and try relist later with some changes but probably will be taken out again. Not sure if it is worth risking the account.

not worth risking an account over such matters.
If you really want to try it out just open a new stealth specifically for this purpose. Sell a few cheapy items to establish yourself as a seller on that account then try to sell these items again with no risk to your main account.

This is exactly what I am will do. The main account is too good to risk for anything. This is another reason I am afraid to use the other stealths. I have a few of them sitting for many months now with good limits and no listings. I have a new pc, dongle, bank account (has to get a PO box) just too scared of messing up everything and lose all of it at once.
