Best way to work ip addys and how they work
 

Hi i an wondering what the group thinks is the best way to connect overall.
From what i am reading the order seems to be:
1. Original new internet line
2. Dedicated cellphone
3. dongal
4. Dial up
5. Vpn
6. New router
7. Change mac address in old router


Is this order right? At the moment i am starting a stealt with an ip addy pretty far away because only hma has one anywhere near me but if its better to just change my mac address i will do that as well. However i want to run at least 5 seperate accounts so not sure the best way to go.
I also need to know a little more about the ip addresses and blocking. If ebay blocks an ip address on a dynamic ip how do they compensate for the fact that a completely different person will eventually get that ip?

There's no correct order, people use whichever method they like. Hell, you can use all of them if you want.

But which is least likely to get you linked/banned out of a vpn or changing a routers mac address

i just log into my routers menu and change the ip when i log into a stealth which ofc are all on separate user accounts,
keep a record of the ips in a spreadsheet Excel etc which allows me to check if its been used before in seconds.
Plenty of other ways but this is simple free and works fine for me :).

isnt this tedious i would think i would be constantly going back an forth: listing, answering questions, printing labels, dispersing money. across 5 accounts i could see having to change the mac 30-40 times a day going back and forth. also the big question if ip adds ar cycled like that what happens when some one elss blocked ip hits my account?

This works if you can change the IP easily and if the ISP allows for the change of IP.

You plan to have 5-6 phones? seems expensive.

Dongle a.k.a USB Mifi or Mifi. These work perfect, there are some that some of us use which run on 3G with Unlimited Data....downside is the speed.

Dialup works just fine, just be aware of the speed.

Find the right VPN and it will work fine. Forum suggest 24vc VPN.

This can work...but exhausting.

Not all Modems will allow but if you can make it work then so be it.

HMA is the worst. An IP doesn't have to be down the block, just has to be in the USA.

ebay does not block individual IP's, they block Blocks of IP's...usually those like HMA.

Honestly IP is only part of the solution. A MUCH bigger factor is how you operate the account. What you sell, price point, how fast and how much you sell, etc.

oh i know. i just want to avoid every possible pitfall
