New Stealth Accounts have £0 selling limit
 

Firstly I have been working with stealth accounts for some time now and never ran into any problems.

I made a new account earlier this week on a virtual machine with a private IP which has never been used before, added a virtual credit card and verified phone number using a UK landline. I was creating a listing and I was prompted with "You can currently list 0 items worth £0.00...".

Was just wondering if maybe eBay has new security features in place which doesn't allow fresh accounts to sell or something like that? If anyone could enlighten me on the situation that would be great thanks.

How long did you wait before you posted the item to get your selling limit?

Like an hour or so, but I've made accounts in the past and had the £650 limit instantly.

What VCC did you use with the account

And the private IP. Was this from a VPN?

I used EntroPay. And yeah it was a Windows VPS.

If you make a new account and then try a VCC that isn't Entropay you should not have issues :)

Entropay has been causing a few problems lately if the accounts are not being aged before getting turned into sellers accounts

No a hour or so is not good enough...wait 8 days till you list your first item while you're waiting go on eBay with that acct. everyday for ten minutes, build your cookies, on the 8th day list and shiit yourself then thank me later

Your issue is definitely due to entropay.

Try a different vcc next time.

I agree :) Entropay is so easy and cost less but I believe it is the problem to.. Last one I opened I let it sit a few days after making and got 1000/25000 :)

I can confirm this is definitely a problem with Entropay cards. Used one from another company and it worked flawlessly.
