Do you ship $$$ to new users?
 

On Amazon there is no feedback rating and for some reason I just get a scary feeling shipping a $300 item to a new ebay user that just signs up today.

Its not even an extremely hot item. Maybe I am over thinking this.

Do you guys have "policies" on new users? I just am trying to avoid getting a return request and then getting an empty box. I know that those customers are 1 in 1000 but I just feel safer with a member that has been around, ya know?

One of the biggest flags rather than scammers would be if this is a competitor. Is this item in a contested market? I've had a new account buyer completely lie about a brand new item that was never used with the same type of indicators.

My items sell for $100-$200 and I refuse to ship international even Canada and have never had a problem with a new buyer. Everybody starts someplace and getting a signature delivery doesn't cost that much. Good Luck!
