If my paypal is banned and my ebay is not can I just connect another Paypal?

Don't just add a paypal to the ebay account it will go down very quick, there is other ways of directing funds to it but from my experience it last about 3 months does the paypal

Best always using a different eBay/PayPal combination. Will get flagged and banned eventually.

Isn't paypal not owned to ebay anymore. My paypal may be banned from another site unrelated to ebay. After it's banned. Couldn't I just unlink and add a stealth PP and sell on it slowly?

They are separate entities, but they have agreed to share information for either the first 3 years or first 5 years of separation to make the transition process go more smoothly.

Can you? Yes you can. And you might get away with it for a while. But it is not a stable way to run your business, so do not depend solely on this ebay account.
