New and old account on same pc?
 

Hello guys,

I'll make this quick. I had one account that was banned last year (On my default IP)

I have got a second account now. (I have made another user on my pc and I've been using it on my default IP for nearly 4 months now)

I have now got a third account so that I can have two accounts with high selling limits.

My question is, can I purchase a 24vc IP, make ANOTHER user account on my pc and use the third eBay account on it without a problem?

Yes that is a good way of doing it. Keep all your accounts separate using different window user accounts and then keep all the IPs separate as well.

I always create new user accounts and that's it

You can have as many accounts as you want. Just make sure to separate them using user accounts. Then make sure to keep track of IP addresses to ensure they don't overlap between accounts.
