Need some help due to hitting 200 limit ,PAYPAL wants new email

Would appreciate some input.

I can't list on EBAY due to hitting 200 item ceiling. Message I am getting says I can't list with my current PAYPAL email. Can I just go to my PAYPAL (stealth of course) and EBAY and add another email to resolve this ?

Nope.
And trying to add a new paypal will result in limitation of both accounts.
Either add an EIN to the paypal account (meaning youll start paying taxes on your earnings) or start fresh with a new account and leave this one till next year.
