Left dongle in PC used on real acc

Family member just used my PC and logged onto their eBay and viewed two pages on their PC account not the stealth windows acc.

So now my stealth account IP is linked with the household.

Any advise what to do with the dongle+sim or am I overreacting?

your post is not clear, so i'm not sure to understand. But you have to know that your dongle IP is dynamic, so it changes everytime you turn it on/off or unplugg it. Also, the dongle IPs are shared with other users of your sim card provider. Don't worry too much about that, it should not cause any issue
