Can you link US Ebay with Lithunian PayPal?
 
Having trouble getting money out of my US PayPal since I don't have a US bank, Was wondering if I could link a foreign PP such as Lithuania, morocco ect to a US Ebay ?

That way i could withdraw to Debit card

Do you know what I should do about home address and IP? Use them both on the same IP or keep them seperate? and with info do I sign up same names different address?

In what universe can you had a Lithuanian paypal account to a US based ebay account and not run into trouble?
I mean technically the answer is yes - BUT - dont expect the accounts to survive for too long.

Lithuanian seller has Paypal account in native country, moves to America where he decides to start selling on Ebay and uses his USA address.

Just one scenario

I have tonnes of accounts set up in this way, working just fine

Do you use your Lithuanian Paypal account with a US IP address? and do you use a Lithuanian address on your Paypal as your billing address?

you can link a us ebay account to another country paypal, but it won't last much i mean maybe a month or so depending on how many thousands of dollars your moving a month and they will ask id, invoices, etc, if your just moving a few hundred dollars for just 1 month you probably won't have issues, but if you move hundreds of dollars every month you probably will. ebay and paypal has too many rules.

Mostly LT(for example) ip for PP and US(for example) with US Ebay

Mine have been going a while, If ebay ask for docs you give them usa docs, if paypal ask for docs you give them LT or whatever docs
