mco011 restriction receipt sent now what

so yesterday i got the dreaded mc011 message saying my account was restricted and I needed to upload receipt for a few items. did that last night, and I called in and I was told there was no one I can talk to from that department, my question is how long does it usually take for them to review? This is a really good account I want to keep...

I got this MC011 too on my good young account that sold 30K past three months.
We upload 99% tracking number but a few items are out of stock did not . I think this may cause the restriction.
No any reply for two days after emailing them as ebay ask.
Hopefully can get this account back,finger cross....
