What a bunch of Knuckleheads
I just opened a new account and have only been watching and bidding on a couple of items that I know I won't win...something that I want to watch and know it will sell for $100 so I put a bid in early at say $10. This way I don't have to put it on my watch list, but can still keep track of it.
This is particularily good if you want to keep track of items that you have a sneaking suspicion might get yanked (VeRO'd or similar). If the item is on your watch list and it gets yanked, you will never know that it was ever listed. But if you bid on it even if it is an early bid and well below the "reserve price" and have since had several higher bids placed you will receive an email from EB stating that the listing has been removed.
Well anyway, I received an email from another seller who must have seen that I bid on this item and he offered me a similar item. I hit the respond button to answer him and my response was blocked. WTF??? Why do they let this message in if I can't respond to it?
Also, I continue to get a ton of emails from EB at the address of the account they just banned. It is like they are sticking their tongue out at me:p |
