Ebay Top Rated Tracking requirements Questions
 

Anyone know how the Tracking uploaded on time and validated works.

It shows I have an 89.29%
Quantity %
Tracking uploaded 1,062 95.59%
Tracking uploaded within handling time 1,051 94.60%
Tracking uploaded and validated by carrier 1,003 90.28%

My questions is why am i so low I ship same/next day and all packages are scanned by usps. I do have about 30-40 packages sitting in my mail box waiting to be scanned but does it update the percentage after they are scanned.

All my packages are shipped via usps and 80% are sent first class and the rest priority.

Also I am currently top rated this month but i my account is says

Discount None
PowerSeller level Silver

Why am i getting no discount?

I have googled asking when I will get the 20% off final value fees and it says after you pay your ebay fees? IS that true? All my listings have the top rated seal but i am getting no discount.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Same here. The fee should have been 8% and I'm charged 9.7%

I'm pretty sure you will begin to receive the discount and benefits after they do the next review. They do the account review every 90 days

To answer your first question, the percentage will update, sometimes it is delayed and if you packages that are not scanned yet it will update once they get scanned in and the percentage will rise

Thank you. It dropped over night from 94% to 89% and i was just wondering what was going on.

I think their "calculation" are in error. I have 100% tracking uploaded as that is the ONLY way on one of my stealths I ship and I got tracking warning. Probably no worries.
