Ebay limit increase
 

Hi everyone
I have a business account on ebay and when im pressing to increase the selling limits it give me just one option to link to another business account .is that normal?

No, that's not normal. Ordinarily there is three options. Link to an existing account, tell us more about your business, or talk to a rep. Have you considered giving them a call? I've found that's usually the easiest way to get increases anyway.

Is this account using stealth info or using your real info?

Not my info but my cousins.

have you checked for pop up blocker as Phaz0rz stated there should be 3 options but this comes up in a pop up for you to choose from.
Often my browser is set to disable popups so for eBay I have to enable it when I am pressing the option to increase limits.

Also give them a call - it is very easy, they will ask you how many people working with you? (depends on volume you sell, so maybe just you or a part time helper)

Where do you source your products from? (always say your host country, as they are concerned about imports in regards of time it takes and to also suss out drop shippers - which is against eBay policy)

How long after a payment is made will send items out (always say within 1 working day)

Have all the stealth details at hand, such as name, address, DOB eamil etc.

Always call them, never ask them to call you. They have started to track numbers dialling in, so make sure it is not a number connected to any of your other accounts.
I know this as in the UK if you call with your number hidden (which is an option here) they ask you personal details to find your account - so if you want to hide your number because perhaps you only have 1 number to use, then the automated IVR system will ask you personal info relating to the account to help ID you are from that account.
