Does anyone know if 24vc.com is closed on sundays? I purchased an account with them this morning and still not active. No reply to my tickets/emails either.

Hi, most orders are approved within a couple hours / if your a brand new customer it will take longer as they will have to verify your payment details to make sure everything is good.

Also I believe the staff is still taking care of some network upgrades that we need to get done today / so the staff is likely slow to respond to tickets cause of it
