Will This Buyer Win Dispute?
Sold an item to a buyer that was in excellent condition. Not a single issue with it at all. He gets the item and 3 days later opens a case stating that he used the item and it broke and a few other things. I ask for pictures to support his claim and he sends pictures that don't even pertain to what I asked, which was specifically for the damage to the item. Plus the pictures he sent me don't look like what I sent him. My account is pretty big, 500+ feedback, Top Rated, 100% feedback, 5.0 DSR, Power Seller.....the buyer has 5 feedback, with the latest feedback being in the "within past 6 months" category. Will the buyer win this case? I have a feeling the answer is yes, as ebay always sides with the buyer in cases like this. |
