claims question
Hi,
I need to make a claim with myhermes for a parcel a customer says hadn't been delivered. The tracking shows drop off point right up to delivery. Myhermes account is in my real name and real returns address, plus debit card. They have asked for my ebay item number, Ref for the hermes parcels is my ebay username so the listing page i submit to hermes will show this, but the business name at the bottom of the page shows a different name and address (stealth). I don't want to refund yet as they may find the parcel and deliver it when i send the details. Not sure how to handle this. Any ideas please :noidea: |
