All listings removed 3 days restriction
 

So i was doing fine for 1 year with this acc and few days ago listed somewhat risky item on eb.au.

Today all my listings are removed claiming ''prescription item'' and item
has non english writing :shocked:

Email came from ebayhelp.au but i only listed one item there.The rest were on eb.com

Should i ship my orders now or just refund them?

When you have a listing taken down the Ebay sales records go with them, however you can still access all the order details from Paypal. Anytime I've had a listing taken down I still go ahead and ship any pending orders. Ebay will email your buyers telling them your listing was taken down and why, so you need to consider that when deciding whether to refund or ship. If Ebay tells your buyers something like "we took down this listing because the seller's product is dangerous" then I recommend you cancel the orders. It's up to you though. In my opinion it all depends on why your listings were taken down.

Weird thing is that they removed all my items even the one that are my own home made electronic stuff... i don't get it.

Only one item was prescription all the other are not. Can i list the other items?

if you have 3 days rectriction, you can list your other products in 3 days.
keep in mind that ebay will review your listing more ofen for the next few months, so it would be a good idea to not list anything risky
