I have policy breaches from 3 months ago still showing up RED 'Failing' Can i change?
 

I have 2 active ebay accounts both with policy breaches from 23rd December 2008 and they still show up (RED 'Failing' Your account is at risk and may be suspended) on my dashboard.

Its been 3 months now and it still hasn't gone back and im still selling as normal, my dashboard is looking good and ive not breached any more policy's since.
However do you think its a good idea to contact ebay and ask them to change it or just leave it and carry on selling as normal. I sell Vero so i dont want to raise any suspicion on the accounts.

What do ya think guys?

There is no TIMELIMIT , My policy compliance is Medium due to FEEDBACK MANIPULATION from last June .They clearly state that violations will be removed after 90 days but still can affect your account but your will probaly go away after 90 days but you have to give them some time to update your accoun which can sometimes take a weeks or so after the 90 days .

I had violations that were in July and August of 2008 for "Copyright Violation" and had the RED "FAILING" Bar for 8 months. They just recently change the RED "Failing" to a RED "Very Low" Bar. I had no other violations since then but it took them 8 months for the status to go up one notch. This never affected my Gold/Silver Power Seller Status or my Discounts.

So don't expect it to change anytime soon regardless of how well you preform.

Mmm, I hate to go off topic here. But how do you get feedback manipulation? I tell all my buyers that I will only leave them positive feedback if they leave me positive first and 5 star rating, is that feedback manipulation?

It says I must subscribe to use the feature. Everything I have computer related is free, I never even bought software. I even download free DVDs. I rather not brake my habit. :)

Besides, every penny I make goes to care of my sick mother and father and a dying old dog, and I also have paraplegic cat. :peace:

My accounts always have red failing showing but its not a big deal. Your search standing can still be standard with failing policy compliance.

Feedback is manipulation , is when you leave a positive fb with a negative comment ..GUY IS A DUMMY HE NEVER PAID BUT LEFT ME A NEG !!! this will get you in trouble .
