Sent the item to the buyer's eBay registered address, not to PayPal address, going to have a INR case. Will win the case, or will loose it?

dont worry about, you fine, they just trying to scam you, its buyer problem he has different addresses, thats happen to me too, guy tried to scam me for $60 sending from one location to another, ebay told me he bought on ebay, you should send to ebay address, period.

So long as its sent to the registered eBay address with tracking then you wont have a problem

Technically, buyer has 2 addresses, eBay registered address and eBay shipping address, which is different, and which is the same as PayPal address. I sent it to registered address, as it appeared in the eBay email that came to me. So kinda tricky situation.

wait, why is it is not the buyers problem if they have different addresses - aren't you supposed to send it to the paypal address? the ebay address is occasionally different or an old one..

so you guys are saying ebay would cover you? really?

If the buyer has not updated their eBay address that as far as I am concerned is them being careless

I have always posted items to the eBay account at check out and I have not ever run into issues when it comes to the odd dispute here and there

Yes, I think that the ebay allows shipping and registered address to be totally different is quite a nonsense. They required me to send in postage receipt, will see what will be the resolution...

EB requested proof of shipping. Supplied that. They said it has blurry parts (non-relevant shipments were blurred out). Ok, supplied non-blurred version. They said it won't open. Supplied it again. Case instantly closed in buyer's favor - "No proof of shipment / delivery provided". Called them, monkey said "oh we don't know, sorry blabla ASK COURIER FOR A REFUND". OMG, they are hopeless.

That sounds totally incompetent on eBays part. I personally would phone again and ask to talk to a manager
