Same file SKU number???

Does eBay match the same sku number???

I have an amazon account with items that have been sold with the same sku numbers on ebay.

My new ebay account is 3yrs old without issues.

if I import these same sku mumbers and items to ebay now, are they still going to suspend me???

**Note that I can't change the skus because there items are FBA.
