Paypal limtied, cant pay ebay fee's

I am in a bit of a problem. I have fee's of £25.87 to be paid on ebay but my paypal was limited a few days ago and the total amount it due. The account is a stealth account and has nothing linking me to it. What do i do?

You can use a VCC to pay the eBay fees directly without needing to use PayPal

How you will sell again and how will you receive payment and how will you withdraw your money?? The same problem l have with my personal account. I sold many Vero items but all genuine and delivered the ID and again PP is permanently blocked. Also can not pay the fees. I need some help also. Thx to all
