Paypal appeal refused any advice
 

I HAVE HAD MY PAYPAL ACTIVE FOR OVER 8 MONTHS RECEIVED OVER £70,000 THREW IT SELLING THE SAME PRODUCTS WHICH IS HERBAL SEX PILLS WHICH ARE ALOUD TO BE SOLD ON EBAY,

I HAD THIS OKED BY THE BRAND RISK DEPARTMENT BACK IN JULY NOW THEY HAVE JUST BLOCKED ME AS BEING HIGH RISK,

I HAVNT HAD 1 SINGLE COMPLAINT I HAVE OVER 4000 POSITIVE FEEDBACK WITH A 99.5% RATE ON EBAY, POWER SELLER, TOP RATED SELLER ECT

HERE IS THE LETTER THEY SENT ME VIA EMAIL, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO AS I CANT EVEN GET A VALID REASON FOR THERE ACTIONS APART FROM THEY ALL OF SUDDEN MY ITEMS ARE TO RISKY TO SELL, EVEN SO EBAY HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH IT??

Dear Mr Boland,
Your complaint has been forwarded to PayPal’s Office of Executive Escalations. Please allow me to address your concerns further.
A review of your account shows that a limitation was placed on the 28th of October 2016 as the decision to cease our business relationship with you had been made due to a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.
I understand you had a previous limitation which was removed following review however PayPal continuously screen the activity of our users and should we feel that the risk associated with any account is too great; we may decide to place a permanent limitation.
I regret any inconvenience this may have caused to you or any disruption to your business however there is no resolution that we can offer to you at this time.
All actions have been taken in accordance with both the terms of our User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policies.

is anyone else selling them?

is it loose stuff or a branded box

where is it made, which country...

its either to do with the ingredients or it is to do with the amount of money that is going through, crazy as it may seem....

shipped in sealed box packaging

ingredients are all herbal food supplement

maybe you are selling too much, have you thought of spreading your sales on other accounts?

it would be good to get a reason, but they often do not play it that way......

You made £70,000 in 8 months. You are a smart person. You don't need eBay and Paypal to make money. Start selling from your own website and spend money on SEO and marketing to draw traffic to the website, if eBay and PayPal don't want your money take your business elsewhere...

Just because other ppl sell them doesn't mean they are immune forever either - you are just unlucky :( But best of luck moving forward

How large was your refund rate? In other words, for every $10,000 in revenue how much would you refund back due to: order cancellations, returns, etc

I had PayPal put me on a rolling reserve after 1.5 years and about $2 million worth of transactions after I've had high amount of refunds in one particular months. I forgot what it was, but something like $18,000 out of $100,000 was refunded back....

you need multiple stealth's :) this is exactly why the fourm was made. Check the market for accounts or learn to make them your self( i do both when im not broke like right now) . Also nice job .
