How to make iPhone give a fresh ip?

When using an iphone as a hotspot, is every time you turn off/on the hotspot you get a fresh IP? Or do you take the SIM card out, or would you use a completely different sim card?

What is the best way to "refresh" it safely before using it on a new account? I just want to be 1000% sure, as I haven't reused a phone on more than one account before. Thanks!

First and foremost let me clarify for you - fresh IP and change IP are two very distinct terms. a Fresh IP is what 24VC offers, i.e. not previously used.

What your doing is changing your IP - in which case toggling air plane mode on/off should do the trick. If not, try turning phone on/off. You wouldn't need to take out the sim.

One thing I forgot to mention is, head over to www.whoer.net before and after doing this to ensure your IP *has* changed.
