How I can do dropshiping whitout my money on ebay safe?

Hi... Can anyone say me if exist a method to can use money after a buyer pay for my item? Via paypal they put hold on money 21 days so not good. Can I use crediit card or no? Other sugestion? Thank and sorry for low quality post but is my first time asking on this forum.
