Ebay dispute - Paypal is closed - HELP

Hi all,

Ok, let's make it simple :

I sold an item and buyer opened a dispute for item not working (he's lying).
My Paypal account has been closed before he opened the dispute and funds transfered out of it.

Question is : Do I risk anything if I eBay closes the case in buyer's favor?

If yes, will really eBay send someone for 300€?

If the case is closed not in your favour then eBay would expect you to reimburse them for any costs
