Ebay Keeps Calling Me Should I call Back?
 

I have a stealth account that's about a year old. I recently received and email with a huge limit increase going from 50 items to 5000 or $5000 to $50000. Ever since I received those increased ebay have contacted me via phone call. They always leave a message. The call is in reference to some ebay coaching program. Below is transcript of one of the call

"Hey, this is Jennifer with ebay. I was calling today to let you know about some free benefits. We've added on to your ebay account. I'm sorry. I wasn't able to reach you now. I will try again at about between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m.. Your time and hopefully be able to reach you then thanks and have a great day."

My question is should I contact them (ebay) back they've called me 4x already and I normally don't call ebay. Would that but my account in any review considering they've made several attempt to contact me?

You should definitely call them back, or at least accept their next call. It sounds like the rep is trying to help you. If you've just received a decent limit increase then your account isn't in any trouble. But if you keep ignoring their calls, the website will start asking you to verify your phone number by receiving a call or text.
